Just a quick note.. I’m in love with this Illuminator! With my cheeks being naturally red, this Illuminator has this peachy tint to it that really brings out the natural blush. I will definetly but this again. I hope you like my simple look. I will be spending my day in the library- so exciting!

With my birthday at the beginning of the month that allowed some money to come into my grubby little college paws. Which means makeup… all sorts of makeup I’ve been putting on my wish list for months. So with spring coming into season, I’m switching out my dramatic contouring, with more of a light, dewy look. I’m so in love with this look actually. It’s something new to me that I’ve never tried before, and now that it’s in my 
makeup reservoir I vow to never let it go. Back to my new makeup.. 
as soon as I could I ordered the best possible illuminator I found. Now I may be wrong with my research, but I figured trial and error always works. I ordered NARS Illuminator in the shade Orgasm – I’m 19 and still can’t get over the name. I haven’t gotten to try it yet, but trust me I’m dying. I’ll be soon to post my own look with it. As well as my illuminator, i got a free gift for my birthday, NARS matte lipsticks. I obsess over anything matte so I can’t wait to try these either.

So today I went on a shopping adventure with my mother to Ross Park mall. As soon as we got there I
ran to Sephora; and when I say ran I mean fast walked with my elbows out so no one got in my way. I had one thing on my mind when I got there, lipstick. I had finally more than $60 in my bank account so I was actually able to buy something. Something I had been looking to buy for a very long time is lipstick by Kat Von D I’m such a huge fan of hers so that’s the first thing I went to. I myself usually wear darker lipstick colours, so I choose Wolvesmouth. I follow her on instagram so I was able to see her line of lipstick and knew exactly what I was looking for. Let me just say this colour is my new obsession! It’s this dark purply red colour that isn’t 
overpowering. I can’t wait to order more of her line of lipsticks, she has such different colors that I’m in love with. I would wear this color with more of a
grungier look, which is more of my style anyway. I added a photo just of the color on myself to show what it looks like on. Hope everyone has a great first week of 2015!

First things first I’d like to apologize for being on hiatus for a little while. Finals came and destroyed my sleeping habits and then with the holidays everything was crazy. With that being said I really hope everyone had a great holiday! In this post I am going to finish the rest of the products. However I’m not going to individually write about each one because if I did that this post would be 6 pages long! If you have any questions about any of the products just leave a comment and I will be sure to answer. I’ve gotten to use each product and I absolutely love all of them. These past couple days have been busy, so first I have to say sorry for not posting for a few days. Kaylee and I went to New York City for the weekend, so we were a little too excited about that to be able to post. I figured to just write qu
ick little things about each item, which are all fantastic by the way! So day 5 was…Midnight Fleur by NEST. To me it is a scent I would wear in the evening. There is this strong flower scent which is really actually lovely. I’ve never had a perfume of theirs before but I definitely would buy another from them. Day 6 is Murad Rapid Age Spot and Pigment Lighting Serum. To me personally I don’t exactly need a a
ge spot lightener, I’m 18, as of now I don’t have any wrinkles ( thank god). I guess it is never too early to start preventing though! I put it on and it was this weird feeling on my skin, it kind of felt like it was tightening, which I’m guessing is a good thingI! Day 7 was Purity by Philosophy. This product is something that I’m very familiar with, and I love it. My mother has been ordering Philosophy since I can 
remember, it was the first face wash I ever used. There is this simple light smell which is very relaxing, and it doesn’t leave any residue on your skin, but leaves it smooth and clean. Day 8 was IT Cosmetics Mascara. I’m obsessed with mascara, 
and when I say obsessed I mean like in an unhealthy way. I use a total of 5 mascaras, now 6, a day. So adding this mascara to my collection is very exciting. Lets just say I’m in love with it. The brush creates this brilliant effect on the lashes that fans them out and adds volume. I greatly recommend this product! Finally today’s product, day 9 is StriVectin Wrinkle and Stretch Mark Tightener. I’m currently praying this works, weight has not always been kind to me. Stretch marks 
are embarrassing, and yes I do have them. I put the lotion on the areas, I will report back with the results! Now that I have gotten caught up with the days I will continue to post regularly. Day 10 here we come!

Waking up this morning was exciting as ever because who isn’t excited for a new mystery beauty item. So today as I jumped out of my lovely college dorm bed (can you sense the sarcasm), put on my slippers, and grabbed my beauty box I was ready to start the day. Under mystery flap 2 was bliss blood orange & white pepper hand cream with macadamia oil & grape seed extract. What a weird combination right? Blood orange and white pepper, who would even think to put those two together. Although the hesitation let me put all your questions to rest, the combination does in fact work! It’s a sweet and spicy smell, you can smell the orange flavor but also get that tickle of white pepper in your nose. Besides the interesting smell the lotion itself is wonderful! After putting it on, my hands felt buttery smooth without that greasy after feeling that lotions can sometimes have. I’ve had other lotions of bliss before and it’s a great thing to have, even a little tube that can fit right in your purse! Hopefully it can save me from getting cracked dry hands from this Erie winter. Have a great day and get excited about day 3!

It’s December 1st so you know what that means; brush off your stockings and cute decorations because Christmas is on the way! A tradition in my family is the classic advent box, but this year I’ve gotten a a different type of advent box than I’m used to from my mom. A makeup advent box! How exciting is that? For a girl like me it’s a dream came true, a new makeup product a day makes waking up each morning a little bit more exciting. So I’ve decided to share the items I get each day with all of you!
To start it all off the item I got first is Josie Maran 100% Pure Argan Oil. I use argan oil for so many things, I think of it as a beauty necessity. The main purpose I use argan oil is for my split ends, I am a hair dying addict, which I know
isn’t the greatest thing. However the argan oil helps rejuvenate my hair and fixes my split ends, giving my hair this wonderful silky shine. It can also be used to soften cuticles and as a great moisturizer for cracked skin. This morning I even used it on my chapped burning lips, it quickly eased the pain and made them smoother and less cracked. I highly recommend having argan oil in your beauty archive! I hope you are all excited about day 2 as I am!
